Ordering through our site is simple and efficient, allowing us to quickly assign your project to one of our talented artists. Once you're logged into your account, follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Click "Place New Order" at the top of the page.
  2. You'll be directed to the order form, where we'll gather details about your project.

Yes, we accept rough artwork as well as garments.

If the artwork is perfect , our standard turnaround time is 12-24 hours. However, if you need your artwork digitized within 3-4 hours, there is an additional charge.

We accept the following file formats: .Ai or .JPG (Preferred), .tif, .gif, .bmp, .pcx, .png, .dxf, .emf, .wmf, .pdf, .cdr, .psd, and others.

We’re happy to work on it until it’s correct. Here’s how to request a revision:

  1. From your portal page, locate the “Place New Edit” button.
  2. Click “Place New Edit” and enter your revision notes.
  3. Be concise and number all specific points, similar to this list of instructions.

A common reason for this issue is that the file size may be too large. Files must be under 10MB. You can convert the file to a JPEG and try again. If you're unsure how to do this, feel free to email the file to us, and we can help reduce the image size for you.
